Why do I need to rate my shift?

After every shift, you’ll be asked to rate your experience from 1 to 5 stars. This quick step helps MyGig improve the platform and make future shifts better for everyone.

Taking a minute to rate your shift helps make the platform fairer and better for you and all other workers.


How it works?

  • The rating screen appears right after your shift ends
  • You can provide a star rating and add optional comments
  • Your feedback is anonymous: individual comments are not shared with managers

  • Lets MyGig understand how the business is performing from a worker’s perspective
  • Helps identify areas where shifts or workplaces can be improved
  • Ensures that the best businesses and work environments are highlighted
