Why do I need to rate my shift?
After every shift, you’ll be asked to rate your experience from 1 to 5 stars. This quick step helps MyGig improve the platform and make future shifts better for everyone.

How it works?
- The rating screen appears right after your shift ends
- You can provide a star rating and add optional comments
- Your feedback is anonymous: individual comments are not shared with managers
