How to update your contact, bank or super details?

Keeping your contact, bank and superannuation details up to date ensures you get booked, paid and credited correctly through MyGig.


Contact details

Make sure your phone number, email and address are correct. Businesses may contact you regarding shifts, so you’ll want the right info.

To update: go to Settings → Contact Details, edit and save.


Bank account details


You’ll need to provide your bank account so you can get paid. If this changes (you open a new account for example), here’s how to update:

  • Go to Settings → Wallet → Payment Method
  • Replace the existing bank details with your new account
  • Ensure the account name matches your registered name

If your pay is missing or delayed, checking your bank account details is one of the first steps.


Superannuation details

Super is your retirement savings. MyGig contributes to your nominated super fund each pay period. If you’d like to change your fund or update your details:

  • Go to Settings → Super Fund Details
  • Enter your new fund’s name and your member number
  • If you don’t have a fund, the default fund (e.g., Hostplus) will apply

Tip: Any change should be done before a pay period ends to avoid delays in super contributions.
