If you notice any billing discrepancies—for example, due to shift cancellations, duplicate charges, or service issues—contact MyGig Support promptly via the help portal or chat function. Our team investigates all claims thoroughly.


Subject to investigation outcomes and policy compliance, refunds or credits may be issued. These will either be applied to future invoices or returned via the original payment method depending on your preference and the nature of the adjustment.

Refunds are handled in line with MyGig’s service terms and the requirements of Fair Work legislation.
