At MyGig, we make billing straightforward and transparent so you can focus on managing your workforce without worrying about complex payment processes.

After your shifts are completed and approved, MyGig automatically generates invoices that reflect all costs associated with the work undertaken.

Invoices include:

• Worker base pay, calculated according to the relevant Fair Work Modern Awards and Classification you referred.
• Employer superannuation contributions and workers’ compensation insurance.
• A transparent MyGig service fee that covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance management, and platform access.

All charges on invoices are itemised clearly for your convenience. Our platform consolidates multiple shifts and workers into a single invoice per billing period (daily or weekly), simplifying your accounting.
