How to rate workers?
At the end of each shift, you’ll be asked to rate every worker who completed that shift.
This quick feedback helps MyGig understand how the collaboration went and improve future matches for your business. Your rate will impact each worker's reliability note.
How to rate?
After you review and approve a worker’s timesheet, you’ll see a simple feedback screen.

For each worker:
- Click the 👍 (thumbs up) if the shift went well.
- Click the 👎 (thumbs down) if the worker's work wasn't great for that specific shift.
You can also add a short comment to help our support team understand any specific concerns.
Why it matters?
Your ratings help us:
- Refine worker matching to your future shifts
- Maintain quality and reliability across the platform
- Support workers with additional training or feedback when needed
Worker ratings
Just like you, workers also rate their shifts, giving a 1 to 5-star rating based on their experience.
While you won’t see each individual rating, your business will receive global insights to help you understand overall worker satisfaction and engagement trends.
