MyGig (MyGig Workforce Pty Ltd – ABN 20 692 462 856) is a registered Australian company operating as an Employer of Record (EOR) and compliant labour-hire provider across the country.

We are fully compliant and authorised to operate in the following Australian jurisdictions, including:

New South Wales
Western Australia
South Australia
Tasmania
Northern Territory

MyGig fully complies with all applicable employment, taxation, and workplace obligations under:

The Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and relevant Modern Awards
PAYG and Superannuation requirements
Workers’ Compensation insurance (state-based)
Payroll Tax Act obligations
Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards

This means MyGig can legally employ, pay and manage workers, and supply them to business clients in these jurisdictions right now.
