How to update my user profile?

Need to make changes to your user details? You can update your profile at any time by following these steps:

To update your user profile:

1. Log in to your MyGig account
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
3. Select “Profile” from the dropdown menu

Make the necessary changes:

• First name
• Last name
• Phone number
• Profile's photo

4. Click “Save” to apply your updates

NB: Please note that your email address cannot be changed as it serves as your unique user ID. Also, you're currently viewing your personal user profile, not the business profile — any changes made here will only affect your individual account and will not impact your business information.
