What is the worker code of conduct?

As part of the MyGig community, every worker must follow our Code of Conduct to maintain a professional and safe work environment.

1. Professionalism and behaviour

Always act respectfully toward team members, clients, and customers. Discrimination, harassment, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

2. Attendance and punctuality

Be on time and ready to work. Unauthorised absences or repeated lateness may affect your profile visibility.

3. Safety and compliance

Follow all site safety instructions and wear required PPE (personal protective equipment). Report any hazards or incidents immediately.

4. Substance use and misconduct

Working under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or engaging in theft, fraud, or misuse of company property, will result in immediate removal from the platform.

5. Communication and honesty

Keep your profile accurate and communicate clearly with MyGig and businesses. If something changes (like your availability or certifications) update it promptly.

6. Rating and feedback

After every shift, rate your experience honestly to help maintain quality and fairness for everyone on the platform.
